COUNSELORS - IN - TRAINING
Leaders of tomorrow are teens today. YMCA Camp Lincoln gives young people the opportunity and responsibility to develop leadership qualities in a supportive environment through the counselor-in-training (CIT) programs. These programs are highly desired and competitive.

This program is for 14 year olds only. Junior CIT participants learn team building, communication skills and the confidence they need to work with peers and with children. Once a camper has partipcated in the Jr CIT program, they may not return to camp as a traditional or specialty camper.
