WORK AT CAMP
Counselor
Act as role model and mentor for campers throughout the day by getting to know them, guiding them through daily activities, and encouraging them to experience all that camp has to offer. Campers range in age from 5 to 14. Work with your co-counselors to ensure safety of all campers.
Lifeguard
Safety is our number one priority at the waterfront. Receive your American Red Cross lifeguard certification and spend your summer at the lake keeping our campers safe. Guarding, swim lessons, and boating are all part of your day as a Camp Lincoln lifeguard.
Senior Staff
Join our summer leadership team! Unit leaders, youth development coordinators, program coordinators, and more work together to mentor staff, ensure the safety of our campers, communicate with families, and provide high quality summer experiences for our camp community.
Program Staff
Our program staff take the lead on developing activities to help campers build their skills every day. Program leads include fishing, farm and nature, sports, archery, cooking, and more!
WHY WORK AT CAMP?
COMMUNICATION
Learn to communicate effectively with your peers, with children, and with families. Let your creativity shine as you engage with your group of 10 campers, or 700 people on stage in the amphitheater!
LEADERSHIP
Gain training and experience leading groups of all ages. Have a great idea? Let's try it out! Find your voice, and lead the way!
CRITICAL THINKING
Camp provides endless opportunities for looking at situations from all sides. Practice your critical thinking skills every day as you problem solve together with your team. Build resilience and confidence.
