EXPLORERS
Entering grades 5-9
Explorers camps allow our older campers to explore the surrounding community by travelling to a new location each day. This popular field trip based camp is the perfect next step for campers looking for a bit more adventure. Explorers campers arrive at camp each morning, and head out to their destination for the day. They return to camp at the end of the camp day, so they can use the same buses as our traditional campers to get to and from camp. Off-site drop offs or pick ups are not permitted, so campers must arrive at camp prior to the group's departure, and can not be picked up until the group returns to camp at the end of the day. Find the descriptions of our different Explorers camps and the schedule for each session below.

Explorers II
Sessions 3 & 5
The next step in Explorers combines on-site and off-site days focusing on outdoor adventure activities such as hiking and paddling. Campers learn skills on-site before venturing off-site through the week to greater adventures. Campers gain appreciation for nature, teamwork, resiliency, and self-confidence. Campers participate in an on-site overnight the first week of the pregram, and graduate to an off-site overnight camping trip to conclude the program.
