Weekend Rentals
Rental Fees are based on the season and site rented. All Rates include lifeguards and use of the waterfront, propane grill, and picnic tables and dumpster. Use of the large field, volleyball courts, basketball courts and horseshoe pits are based on scheduled time if not an Exclusive Rental.
Pavilion Rental includes ice machine, refrigerator and weather guards for inclement weather protection.
Dining Hall Rental provides indoor activity space and refrigerator.
Exclusive Rental guarantees you have full access of camp (except Archery and Challenge & Ropes Course which can be included for additional fees).

Rental Policies
Alcohol Detail Fee
If alcohol will be served at your outing, there is a $200.00 detail fee due with your deposit. This fee is in addition to your rental rate and is paid to have a Police Officer on site for you final four hours of your stay at YMCA Camp Lincoln. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Reservation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total amount due is required when the contract is returned to YMCA Camp Lincoln. The balance is due prior to the date of the event accompanied by an insurance certificate stated in the contract. No program is guaranteed until both the contract and deposit have been received by YMCA Camp Lincoln. If cancellations are made fewer than thirty days prior to the schedule date of program, the contracting party forfeits their deposit. YMCA Camp Lincoln has a rain or shine policy for all programs.
Insurance
All groups shall provide YMCA Camp Lincoln with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing general liability coverage in an amount not less than $1 million and shall name YMCA Camp Lincoln as additionally insured.
