Register for 2009-2010 School's Out!
Resitration is open throughout the school year, space permitting.
How to register:

Complete a 2009-2010 registration form

$30 Registration Fee per child. Please make checks payable to the Southern Distrit YMCA.
- Child's health form with a physical exam date within last 2 years.

Bring registration form, fee, and health form to the Site Director at the School's Out program.

Read the parent handbook to become familar with School's Out policies.

Note: we cannot register your child(ren) until your 2008-2009 balance is completely paid for.
