Throughout the year, Southern District YMCA hosts a wide variety of fundraising and programmatic events that are available for corporate sponsorship. Sponsorship opportunities for each event feature benefits that meet the complex needs of corporate philanthropy. By joining the Southern District YMCA in its mission to build a stronger community through a healthy spirit, mind and body for all, you join a long strong history of leadership and public service.

3rd Annual Paddle Plunge

April 6, 2013

Kick-off to our 2013 annual support campaign “Healthy Kids” with a jump into the freshly thawed Kingston Lake. The inaugural event had 47 jumpers and nearly 40 spectators. The goal is to match at $5,000 grant from JCPenney to contribute $10,000 to help children attend YMCA Afterschool programs who otherwise could not afford childcare.

Anticipated Attendees:  120

Fall Challenge 5K Trail Run

November 2, 2013

The 3rd annual Fall Challenge is greatly anticipated by many community members!

Anticipated Attendees: 200 (runners and spectators)

Every level is recognized by name on our Donor Recognition page.

Gold Level: $250 (single sponsor)

Name and logo on the event bandana

Recognition in all media press releases and online calendars

Promotional table in registration area on event day

Link to your website and logo on our Donor Recognition page 

Silver Level: $50

Includes your company name and logo on the event bandana

Friend of the Y: 

Water Stations – Provide manpower, water, cups and your own signage

Give-away Bags- Contribute promotional items/coupons for participants

Community Nights

June 20, July 23 and August 22   6:00-8:00p.m.

Everyone is invited to these free evenings at Camp Lincoln where amenities are open to enjoy and a grilled hotdog dinner is served. Sponsorship covers the expense of lifeguards, rock wall belays and grilling staff. Anticipated Attendees: 75 per night

Platinum Sponsor: $450 (single sponsor)

Underwrite the cost of all 3 Community Nights
