Weekend Rental

YMCA Camp Lincoln is located on 70 acres of land in the unique seacoast region of New Hampshire. Located one hour north of Boston, 20 minutes from the shore and 45 minutes from Portsmouth, we have the perfect setting for your community events, weddings, family reunion, or company picnics.

Our facilities include a weather-protected pavilion, a mile of waterfront, overnight cabins, sports fields, amphitheatre, indoor meeting room, climbing wall, activity tent and more. To see photos and learn more about our facilities, click here.

We are open year-round for rentals and would love the chance to talk with you about your event. For additional information about renting Camp Lincoln, choose from the three options we offer below.

Summer Rental

Camp Lincoln is a beautiful location to host your summer event. If you are considering holding your event here, the best way to decide and make plans is to visit us and experience what we have to offer for yourself. Call our Program Director to set up a time to come and visit.

Rental Fees are based on the size of your group. Rates include lifeguards and use of the waterfront area, propane grill, picnic tables and dumpster. Use of the large field, volleyball courts, basketball courts and horseshoe pits are based on scheduled time if you are not holding an Exclusive Rental.

When you make your reservation you will be asked to determine which parts of the camp you would like to use for your rental. If you do not have an Exclusive Rental and there is another group at Camp, we will work out a schedule so both groups are able to utilize the different parts of Camp while not getting in the way of each other.

2012 Summer Rental

Alcohol Detail Fee

If you would like alcohol at your outing, there is a $250.00 detail fee due with your deposit. This fee is added to your rental rate and is paid to have a Police Officer on site for the final four hours of your stay at YMCA Camp Lincoln. There are no exceptions to this rule!

Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due when the contract is returned to YMCA Camp Lincoln. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to the date of your event. We cannot guarantee any program until both the contract and deposit have been received by YMCA Camp Lincoln. Deposits are not returned for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the event, and please be aware that YMCA Camp Lincoln has a rain or shine policy for all programs.

Insurance

All groups shall provide YMCA Camp Lincoln with a Certificate of Insurance providing proof of general liability coverage in an amount no less than $1 million. Furthermore, it must name YMCA Camp Lincoln as insured, as well.

Spring, Fall & Winter Rentals

Summer is not the only season that Camp Lincoln is available for your personal events. During the spring, fall and winter, Camp Lincoln can be rented for family celebrations, community events and company gatherings. If you have never been to Camp Lincoln before and are considering coming, please set up a time to come and visit us.

The fee structure of the spring, fall and winter differs from summer rentals in that the pricing is more of a buffet.

To ensure you are the only group on Camp throughout your event, we can provide an Exclusive Rental at the $775 rate.

If additional activities would make your event more special, you can add those to your rental as well.

Weddings

When selecting the location for your wedding, it is important to choose a place where you feel most comfortable. Camp Lincoln provides that beautiful backdrop for a wedding, offering both open and covered areas for your event, as well as options for changes in scenery throughout the day.

Have your ceremony by the lake, move to the pavilion for your reception and rent a party tent or a dance floor. Rent the camp for the day, or the whole weekend! Your guests can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while using our 10 cabins as comfortable accommodations. Your wedding can be as traditional or nontraditional as you like at Camp Lincoln; the possibilities are endless!

At Camp Lincoln we are happy to work with you to help make you wedding day just the way you want. We would love to take you on a tour and show you the options available for your wedding at our fabulous, scenic camp.

We have designed a pricing scale to make it easy for you to determine if Camp Lincoln meets your budget. The rental fee is dependent upon the number of people attending, as well as the length of your rental. Please call Cory at (603) 642-3361 for details.

Rehearsal dinners are welcome the night before the wedding at Camp Lincoln. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! We’re here to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

The price is based on our 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM rental block. Any additional time needed can be added on either before or after the event at an hourly rate. The time of the rental begins when the first person arrives to start setting up and ends when the last person leaves and the camp is clean. These times will be agreed upon prior to the day of the event so a Camp Lincoln employee can be available throughout the rental.

You are welcome to have your event catered, and we can help you find a local caterer if that is something you're looking for. Your DJ or band is welcome to set up and play for your party, and you can serve alcohol as part of your event. If alcohol is a part of your event, we must have a police officer here for the last four hours of your rental for a $250 fee.
