2009-2010 Registration forms are available on our website and at all School's Out programs.
General Information:

$30 Registration fee per child.

Bring names and telephone numbers for at least 2 emergency contacts.

Child(ren)'s health form required before fall. The physical exam date must be within last 2 years.

We cannot register your child(ren) until your 2008-2009 balance is completely paid for.
