Scholarships / Financial Assistance

YMCA Camp Lincoln strives to serve the entire community, regardless of financial ability. Scholarship funds are available through the generous support of caring individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the area including the Seacoast United Way and Rockingham County. YMCA Camp Lincoln’s scholarship committee meets the first week in April, May, and June. Please download a complete application packet from our website at www.ymcacamplincoln.org or call the camp office.

YMCA Camp Lincoln accepts payments from the States of NH and MA for childcare. If you receive assistance from a state agency and would like to send your child to camp, please contact your caseworker for the appropriate forms. State assistance pays for only a portion of camp tuition. Any remaining balances are your responsibility.

Confirmation Packets

Upon receipt of the completed registration form and required deposit, a confirmation packet outlining all YMCA Camp Lincoln policies will be mailed to your billing address.

General Information

Lunch

Please bring a lunch, drink, and snack in a cooler or lunch box each day. Review packing list in confirmation packet for more information.

Special Needs

It is understood that all campers are treated as individuals with respect shown for different tastes, preferences, and a range of behavior patterns. All children of varying abilities are welcome at Camp; however, Camp Lincoln requires that while at Camp, a one-on-One aide must accompany any child that has a One-on-One aide during the school year. Camp Lincoln does not hire or provide aides. The YMCA reserves the right to dismiss a child from Camp whose special needs we are unable to meet or whose conduct is not in the best interest of Camp. Please call the office if you have any specific questions.

Health Information

Health Forms

NH state law requires that all children attending camp have a record of inoculations and a physical exam, signed by a physician, on file with the YMCA. Health forms are due by June 1st and must be sent in every year. The physical exam date must be dated within two years of the child’s attendance at Camp. If a child arrives at Camp without their health forms on file, they will not be permitted to participate.

Health Center

We take great care in making sure that your child is safe at Camp. A well-equipped Health Center is located at YMCA Camp Lincoln and is staffed by a trained and certified professional. Emergency services are located just over a mile from the Camp property. All staff is certified in CPR/First Aid.

Parents Are Cordially Invited To…

Information Session

Designed for first time parents and campers, an information session will be held at Camp Lincoln on Sunday March 9th, from 1pm to 3pm. This is an excellent opportunity to talk to staff, meet the Camp Director and register for camp sessions that still have openings. Due to possible weather conditions, there will not be any guided tours given. You are more than welcome to do a self-guided tour of the property.

Open House

Come take a guided tour and meet other campers and their families. Open House will be on Sunday, May 4th, from 12pm to 3pm at Camp Lincoln. This is a great time to get answers to any questions, look at the new store items, drop-off payments and health forms in the office and get excited for the summer.

Family Nights

Family nights are held on the second Thursday night of each two-week Traditional Day Camp session. This is a great chance for parents to meet staff, enjoy a bite to eat, and participate in the fun of camp through activities such as swimming, boating, and archery. The evening ends with songs and skits around the campfire.
