2008-2009 Registration forms will be available online after June 5.

General Information:

• $30 Registration fee per child.
  • 2008-2009 Registration forms will be available at Early Registration.  Registration forms will NOT be accepted prior to your School's Out Early Registration date.
  • Bring name and telephone number(s) for at least 2 emergency contacts.
  • Child(ren)'s health form required before fall.  The physical exam date must be within last 2 years.
  • We cannot register your child(ren) until your 2007-2008 balance is completely paid for.
