Rob Roy McGregor, Executive Director
Rob has been the Executive Director since 1998. Prior to NH, he was with the YMCA in North Carolina, Colorado, and Massachusetts. After receiving his BS in Geography/Environmental Studies from University of Oregon, Eugene, Rob worked as the National Youth Director, for the Zimbabwe YMCA’s (Africa). An avid traveler, he spent a year and hitchhiked 12,000 miles through Africa, from South Africa to Moroc co Rob’s international experience is vast and includes YMCA leadership initiatives in Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Hong Kong, Canada, Costa Rica, and Switzerland. Rob is the past chair of the New Hampshire/Vermont YMCA Executive Group, and the New Hampshire YMCA Public Policy committee. Rob is a YMCA trainer in YMCA Earth Service Corps, YMCA Conflict Management, Peer Mediation, Substance Abuse Prevention and Safety

Beverly Bowles, District Office Manager
Beverly began her YMCA Camp Lincoln career in the camp office the summer of 1988. During the school year, Beverly worked as a paraprofessional at the Elementary School level. She continued working at summer camp until September 1997 when she became a full time YMCA employee. She holds an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Granite State College. Bev enjoys volunteering at the SPCA and is often seen gardening around camp grounds. |

Rebecca Foss, School Age Program Director
Rebecca started working as the School Age Program Director in the fall of 2006. She completed her Master’s in Recreation Management from UNH and her Bachelor’s from Bryn Mawr College. Prior to joining the YMCA, Rebecca worked as a Project Coordinator and GED Instructor for Odyssey House’s Youth Rebuild program in Manchester, NH. Her other experiences include Student Conservation Association internships at Canyonlands National Park, Saint-Gaudens National Historic Site and SCA Headquarters and four summer as Waterfront Director at Girl Scout camp. Rebecca loves to travel, spend time outdoors and have fun with friends and family. |

Angela Garcia, Camp Office Manager
A native of Texas, Angela relocated to New Hampshire in 2005 to volunteer with City Year New Hampshire, a 10-month non-profit Americorps program. For two years, she served the New Hampshire community through transformative physical service projects, as a teachers’ assistant, a mentor to middle school students and as a team leader for City Year’s Young Heroes program, to name a few. Angela officially joined YMCA Camp Lincoln in November 2007 as the Camp Office Manager. Prior to this role, she was an Adventure Trip Leader and Cabin Counselor at Camp Lincoln in Summer 2007. While working full-timeas the Office Manager, she is enrolled part-time as a photography student at the New Hampshire Institute of Art. Angela has recently discovered the joy of cooking. She also enjoys reading, knitting, photography, arts & crafts, and spending time with friends. |

Chuck Gargaly, Camp Lincoln Intern
Chuck, staying true to his roots, has finished his trips to places from hiking and camping at the Four Corners, USA, and diving the Great Barrier Reef, Australia, and has come home to roost. He is eager to put his ideas and recent program training from school to good use, improving and assisting with programs and having waited at least three years, is SO EXCITED to finally be able to answer the phone. So feel free to call him, and he would love to answer your questions, or find someone who can do it even better.
Chuck's internship is through Johnson State University in Vermont.

Jeff Gleason, Director of Camping
Jeff arrived at YMCA Camp Lincoln years ago. His journey began in the Finger Lakes of New York with two older brothers, a little sister and 4-H Camp Bristol Hills. The Adirondack Mountains have been home a few times for Jeff. Paul Smith's College was inspirational and educational providing degrees in Forest Recreation and Natural Resource Management and Policies for Jeff. He worked as a Lead Instructor for the Orange County Outdoor Science School in California before moving back to Lake George and working as a Senior Educator with YMCA Camp Chingachgook. Jeff has explored Mexico, Canada, and South Africa. His love of the New England environment and local entertainment has kept Jeff here enjoying the slopes, trails, rivers and new adventures with his friends and dog. Since the age of four, Jeff has never missed a summer of camp.

Kim Howell, Camp Program Director
Kim Howell is a brand new addition to YMCA Camp Lincoln and she is eager to put her skills to good use uniting campers from all different backgrounds and seeing them create lasting friendships and wonderful memories. Kim, our resident Canadian, was last seen bringing groups together for the Discovery Center in Connecticut at YMCA Camp Woodstock and is now, like the rest of camp, getting very excited for the summer! Kim has her degree in Sociology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS and a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Maine. Kim's passion for experiential education and the power of the outdoors is contagious.

Niki Langlois, School Age Child Care Coordinator
Niki joined the YMCA Camp Lincoln team in May 2007. Previously she spent 6 years at the Somersworth Early Learning Center as a Lead School-Age Teacher and Floater. She received her B.A. in Psychology, with a minor in Family Studies, from UNH in 2005. Niki loves playing with children and spending time outdoors.

Mary Mahoney, School Age Child Care Coordinator
Mary re-joined the Southern District YMCA as a School Age Coordinator in September of 2007. She began her YMCA career volunteering for an afterschool program with the Greater Manchester Family YMCA. After graduating from New Hampshire College with a major in Psychology, Mary worked at the Dover Children’s Home, a group home for teens. She then worked as a Site Director of an after school program at the Dover Middle School sponsored by the Strafford County YMCA. In 2003, Mary joined the Southern District YMCA as the Site Director of the North Hampton School’s Out program. During her three summers at Camp Lincoln she has led the On the Road program and has been a Unit Leader and a Specialty Camp Director. In 2005, Mary became the Program Director of School-Age Child Care at the Greater Manchester Family YMCA. In 2007, she decided it was time to go back to Camp Lincoln! When Mary is not at Camp she spends time creating art and enjoying time with her family.
